Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of assigned industrial and commercial properties
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards
- Lead facility improvement projects and capital expenditure initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business operations
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage energy management programs to optimize utility consumption
- Oversee emergency response and business continuity planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in property or facility management, preferably in industrial settings
- Proven experience managing large-scale facilities or property portfolios
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements
- Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, or LEED AP preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
