Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of assigned industrial and commercial properties
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services
  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards
  • Lead facility improvement projects and capital expenditure initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business operations
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage energy management programs to optimize utility consumption
  • Oversee emergency response and business continuity planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in property or facility management, preferably in industrial settings
  • Proven experience managing large-scale facilities or property portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, or LEED AP preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required
