About the role
The role is responsible for assessing, advising, and planning for future risks while managing and implementing reinsurance initiatives, including treaty execution, process design, stakeholder negotiation, financial reinsurance projects, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Management and implementation of reinsurance initiatives
- Provide support to special projects involving reinsurers
- Secretariat support to the Reinsurance Sub‑Committee and production of management information
- Timely signing and execution of reinsurance treaties
- Design and automation of reinsurance administrative processes
- Liaise and negotiate with reinsurers to maximize stakeholder benefits
Requirements
- At least 7 years of actuarial experience
- Qualified or near‑qualified actuary from a recognized professional actuarial body
- Good technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Substantial managerial experience
- Strong communication skills
- Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated
