Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment schemes and incentives.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights.
  • Update and share daily manpower numbers.
  • Advise on financing schemes for the Recruitment Team.
  • Support recruitment, performance management, and off-boarding.
  • Ensure accuracy of performance reports and advise Finance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agency management or recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Creative and analytical mind.
