Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment schemes and incentives.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights.
- Update and share daily manpower numbers.
- Advise on financing schemes for the Recruitment Team.
- Support recruitment, performance management, and off-boarding.
- Ensure accuracy of performance reports and advise Finance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agency management or recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Creative and analytical mind.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiating skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
