The People Business Partner at Prudential acts as a trusted HR advisor and business partner, supporting a business unit with HR strategy, performance management, compensation, talent initiatives, and employee relations while collaborating with HR COE services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice to enable business objectives
- Partner with managers on performance management, promotion, compensation, and manpower planning
- Handle employee relations and operational HR support
- Collaborate with HR COE services such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, International Mobility, and Rewards
- Support key HR initiatives and projects across the organization
Requirements
- 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC or large corporation
- Degree in any field of study
- Strong sense of urgency, high drive, resourcefulness, and prioritization skills
- Customer‑centric mindset and effective interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen and understanding of local regulatory framework
