Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice to enable business objectives
  • Partner with managers on performance management, promotion, compensation, and manpower planning
  • Handle employee relations and operational HR support
  • Collaborate with HR COE services such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, International Mobility, and Rewards
  • Support key HR initiatives and projects across the organization

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC or large corporation
  • Degree in any field of study
  • Strong sense of urgency, high drive, resourcefulness, and prioritization skills
  • Customer‑centric mindset and effective interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen and understanding of local regulatory framework
