The Recruitment Manager will drive recruitment and manpower growth for the distribution force, supporting agency leaders with onboarding and candidate selection. The role involves tracking performance standards and providing market feedback to inform strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment and manpower growth through KPIs set by management
- Provide support to Agency Leaders in transition package offering, onboarding process, and post RNF follow‑up
- Work closely with Agency Leaders to identify quality Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers candidates
- Oversee end‑to‑end systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers
- Track expected standards for new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers and ensure adherence to build performance and longevity
Requirements
- Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and negotiating skills
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and persuasion abilities
- Dynamic individual who thrives in fast‑moving environment with excellent planning and organizing skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial industry; experience in agency business development or recruitment preferred
