Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global technology governance framework for manufacturing systems
- Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards for MES, ERP, and shop-floor systems
- Lead technology roadmap planning and investment prioritization for manufacturing IT
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology performance and business value
- Drive standardization and harmonization of manufacturing systems across global fabs
- Manage technology risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate change management for new technology implementations
- Collaborate with fab operations, engineering, and IT teams to align technology with business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 8+ years experience in technology governance or manufacturing IT leadership
- Proven experience with semiconductor manufacturing systems and processes
- Strong knowledge of MES, ERP, SPC, and PLM systems
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with IT service management (ITIL) and project management methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 25% globally
