Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technology governance frameworks and policies
- Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies for manufacturing technologies
- Coordinate internal and external audits for technology compliance
- Monitor and report on key technology performance indicators
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across technology platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology standardization
- Manage technology change control processes and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology governance or quality assurance
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industry
- Strong knowledge of ISO, SEMI, and EHS standards
- Proficiency in ERP, MES, and PLM systems
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
