Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technology governance frameworks and policies
  • Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies for manufacturing technologies
  • Coordinate internal and external audits for technology compliance
  • Monitor and report on key technology performance indicators
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across technology platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology standardization
  • Manage technology change control processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology governance or quality assurance
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industry
  • Strong knowledge of ISO, SEMI, and EHS standards
  • Proficiency in ERP, MES, and PLM systems
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
