Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for surveillance product portfolio
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in industrial automation and electronics manufacturing sectors
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies for large-scale surveillance system deployments
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with technical roadmaps
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple geographic regions
  • Drive market expansion initiatives including new vertical penetration and channel partner development
  • Present technical solutions and value propositions to C-level executives and procurement teams
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to product management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during sales processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in industrial automation or electronics manufacturing
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar sales targets in B2B environments
  • Experience selling complex technical systems or integrated solutions
  • Strong understanding of surveillance technologies including cameras, analytics, and storage systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and long sales cycles exceeding 12 months
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including sales engineers and support staff
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with ERP systems for quote-to-cash processes
  • Knowledge of industry compliance standards such as ISO and EHS requirements
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans at enterprise level
