Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for surveillance product portfolio
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in industrial automation and electronics manufacturing sectors
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies for large-scale surveillance system deployments
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with technical roadmaps
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple geographic regions
- Drive market expansion initiatives including new vertical penetration and channel partner development
- Present technical solutions and value propositions to C-level executives and procurement teams
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to product management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during sales processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in industrial automation or electronics manufacturing
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar sales targets in B2B environments
- Experience selling complex technical systems or integrated solutions
- Strong understanding of surveillance technologies including cameras, analytics, and storage systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and long sales cycles exceeding 12 months
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including sales engineers and support staff
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ERP systems for quote-to-cash processes
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards such as ISO and EHS requirements
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans at enterprise level
