Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Operations team in managing the full employee lifecycle and service delivery
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the HRIS platform to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Manage global payroll operations and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations
- Design and implement scalable HR processes to improve efficiency across international locations
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership regarding workforce trends
- Ensure organizational compliance with GDPR, SOX, and other internal audit requirements
- Partner with Finance and IT to integrate HR systems with broader corporate enterprise resource planning
- Manage relationships with external vendors for benefits administration and payroll services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP
- Experience working within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of global payroll processing and international labor compliance
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a history of mentoring and developing HR professionals
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong project management expertise with experience in system implementation and migration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Professional certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred
