About the role
Lead the global HR service delivery function for a semiconductor company, driving process excellence and continuous improvement across HR operations using Workday, ServiceNow, and other HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global HR Service Delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality support for employees and managers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery processes, reducing cycle time and improving user experience
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, and other HRIS platforms
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for HR service delivery
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to align service delivery with business needs
- Manage HR shared services operations including case management, knowledge base, and employee self-service capabilities
- Lead change management efforts for HR process and technology implementations
- Develop and maintain HR service delivery policies, procedures, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, or service delivery roles
- 3+ years of experience managing HR service delivery teams in a global organization
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery best practices
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
