About the role

Lead the global HR service delivery function for a semiconductor company, driving process excellence and continuous improvement across HR operations using Workday, ServiceNow, and other HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the global HR Service Delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality support for employees and managers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery processes, reducing cycle time and improving user experience
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, and other HRIS platforms
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for HR service delivery
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to align service delivery with business needs
  • Manage HR shared services operations including case management, knowledge base, and employee self-service capabilities
  • Lead change management efforts for HR process and technology implementations
  • Develop and maintain HR service delivery policies, procedures, and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, or service delivery roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing HR service delivery teams in a global organization
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery best practices
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
