Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and remote compliance audits of global distribution partners and warehouses
- Develop and maintain compliance checklists aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues using root-cause analysis and CAPA processes
- Monitor and report key compliance KPIs including on-time delivery, damage rates, and audit scores
- Collaborate with logistics, quality, and procurement teams to implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports and executive summaries for senior management
- Deliver compliance training to distribution staff and third-party logistics providers
- Track regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply-chain quality/compliance roles
- Proven track record conducting supplier or third-party audits in electronics or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards
- Experience with ERP and MES systems for data extraction and analysis
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data-analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
