Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead market research and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify growth opportunities
  • Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies across key market segments
  • Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and resource planning across global regions
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives including whitepapers, webinars, and industry events
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing strategy team

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor or capital equipment marketing
  • Proven track record developing successful marketing strategies in B2B technology markets
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and customer workflows
  • Experience with market segmentation and customer journey mapping methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies and cultures
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SEMI industry standards and semiconductor market dynamics
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
