Mid-level supply chain role focused on end-to-end product delivery for industrial automation and electronics manufacturing. Responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end product delivery from order receipt to customer shipment
  • Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while ensuring material availability
  • Lead cross-functional teams including production, quality, logistics, and procurement
  • Monitor and report on key delivery performance metrics (OTD, cycle time, fill rate)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce lead times
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely material delivery
  • Coordinate with quality teams to resolve any product quality issues affecting delivery
  • Prepare and present delivery performance reports to senior management and customers
  • Support new product introduction activities related to supply chain readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or logistics role within manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience with ERP and MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in inventory management and production planning methodologies
  • Knowledge of ISO quality management systems and EHS compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in electronics or industrial automation manufacturing preferred
  • APICS SCOR or CPIM certification preferred
  • PMP certification advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
