About the role
Lead the end-to-end rollout of new semiconductor equipment and software solutions at customer sites worldwide. Drive technical integration, training, and adoption while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met within a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full implementation lifecycle of new products at customer fabs and OSAT facilities globally
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, field service, sales, and customer operations
- Deliver on-site training and documentation to ensure customer operators and engineers can effectively use the new systems
- Monitor project KPIs, report progress to internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage customer expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the implementation phase
- Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize impact on customer production schedules
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or high-tech product implementation
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects in customer environments
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and fab operations
- Experience with MES, ERP, PLC, or SCADA systems integration
- Excellent project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50% globally, including to Asia and North America
- Experience with change management and customer training programs
- Familiarity with ISO and SEMI standards in semiconductor manufacturing
- Six Sigma or lean certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
