About the role

Lead the end-to-end rollout of new semiconductor equipment and software solutions at customer sites worldwide. Drive technical integration, training, and adoption while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met within a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle of new products at customer fabs and OSAT facilities globally
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each deployment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, field service, sales, and customer operations
  • Deliver on-site training and documentation to ensure customer operators and engineers can effectively use the new systems
  • Monitor project KPIs, report progress to internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage customer expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the implementation phase
  • Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize impact on customer production schedules
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or high-tech product implementation
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects in customer environments
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and fab operations
  • Experience with MES, ERP, PLC, or SCADA systems integration
  • Excellent project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% globally, including to Asia and North America
  • Experience with change management and customer training programs
  • Familiarity with ISO and SEMI standards in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Six Sigma or lean certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
