Key Responsibilities
- Lead global credit assessment function for semiconductor equipment financing transactions
- Evaluate and approve credit limits for new and existing customers
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for equipment financing
- Manage a team of credit analysts across multiple regions
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of customer financial statements
- Present credit recommendations to senior management and executive committee
- Negotiate credit terms and conditions with customers and sales teams
- Monitor and manage portfolio risk exposure and credit quality
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for high-value equipment transactions
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams on complex deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field
- 10+ years of credit risk experience in equipment financing or banking
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA required
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Proven track record managing credit teams and processes
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% internationally
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis software proficiency
- Experience with complex financial structures and contracts
- Knowledge of international credit regulations and compliance
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
