About the role
Lead Business Partner responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and business partnering for a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing operation. The role drives demand/supply planning, S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing cost and risk.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the monthly S&OP process for assigned product lines
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market inputs
- Create constrained supply plans balancing capacity, inventory, and customer service targets
- Lead weekly supply review meetings with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams
- Partner with sales and product management to align supply capabilities with customer commitments
- Monitor and report key KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and lead time
- Manage excess and obsolete inventory risk through proactive planning and disposition strategies
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply chain disruptions
- Present supply chain performance and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of supply chain planning experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Proven experience with S&OP/IBP processes in a complex manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MES integration
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and constraints
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
- Experience with inventory optimization and working capital management
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- APICS SCOR or CPIM certification preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support global operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
