About the role

Lead Business Partner responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and business partnering for a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing operation. The role drives demand/supply planning, S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing cost and risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the monthly S&OP process for assigned product lines
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market inputs
  • Create constrained supply plans balancing capacity, inventory, and customer service targets
  • Lead weekly supply review meetings with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams
  • Partner with sales and product management to align supply capabilities with customer commitments
  • Monitor and report key KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and lead time
  • Manage excess and obsolete inventory risk through proactive planning and disposition strategies
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply chain disruptions
  • Present supply chain performance and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 8+ years of supply chain planning experience in high-volume manufacturing
  • Proven experience with S&OP/IBP processes in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MES integration
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Experience with inventory optimization and working capital management
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
  • APICS SCOR or CPIM certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to support global operations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
