Key Responsibilities
- Process Policy Services requests from customers on a daily basis
- Manage client-level changes (e.g., personal particulars, FATCA/CRS updates)
- Handle policy-level changes including coverage and premium adjustments
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements through feedback loops
