About the role
Digital Enablement Specialist drives digital transformation initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing MES and other digital systems to improve production efficiency, data visibility, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and data-driven decision making
- Implement and optimize MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) across production lines
- Develop and maintain digital dashboards for real-time production monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and digitization opportunities
- Provide training and support to end-users on new digital tools and systems
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment with focus on digital systems
- Proven experience with MES implementation and optimization in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent experience preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to support regional manufacturing sites
