Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategy for manufacturing operations
- Lead MES implementation projects across multiple production lines
- Establish data analytics framework to drive operational insights and KPI improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and quality
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful technology adoption
- Create and maintain project documentation including business cases and ROI analysis
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new digital tools and processes
- Identify and prioritize digital improvement opportunities through Gemba walks
- Establish governance framework for digital initiatives and continuous improvement
- Report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing digital transformation projects
- Proven track record of successful MES implementation in industrial environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles
- Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Project management certification (PMP preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience with change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT and automation
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience working in ISO-certified manufacturing environments
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support implementation at various sites
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
