Director-level role focused on driving strategic partnerships and business growth within the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segment through private banking channels. Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, the role involves account management, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to expand Prudential's HNW offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of HNW/UHNW roadmaps covering business growth, product strategy, client segmentation, and joint go-to-market initiatives with partnership account director
- Establish and manage day-to-day relationship & lead partnership activity with private banks and international brokers
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns
- Support partnership governance routines, including business reviews and performance tracking
- Coordinate with local market teams to ensure consistent execution of Private Bank engagement frameworks
- Identify business development opportunities across new HNW proposition, new market entry
Requirements
- Experience in High Net Worth/Private Banking
- Strong business development acumen
- Ability to manage complex partnerships and compliance
