Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for strategic manufacturing initiatives across global sites
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, KPIs, and stage-gate processes
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven decision making
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance tracking
- Facilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder alignment across all organizational levels
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies for complex manufacturing programs
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and corporate quality management systems
- Implement change management strategies for new process and technology deployments
- Develop and mentor junior project managers and program coordinators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- 10+ years progressive experience in program/project management within high-tech manufacturing
- PMP certification required; Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing large-scale ($10M+) capital or operational improvement programs
- Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, and SPC systems in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex program budgets and ROI analysis
- Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives and external partners
- Experience working in ISO-certified environments with strict quality and compliance requirements
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred for managing software/automation deployment projects
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed
