Lead the global talent, leadership and learning strategy for a Tier 1 semiconductor manufacturer. Own end-to-end design and delivery of programs that build critical capabilities, accelerate leader readiness, and drive a high-performance culture across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent, leadership and learning strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement enterprise-wide leadership development programs from early-career to executive levels
- Lead succession planning and high-potential identification processes to ensure robust leadership pipelines
- Create and manage performance management frameworks that drive accountability and growth
- Partner with senior executives to diagnose capability gaps and prioritize learning investments
- Oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of technical and professional curricula
- Establish metrics and analytics to measure program effectiveness and business impact
- Manage vendor relationships, learning technologies and digital platforms
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within talent and leadership programs
- Coach and mentor HR business partners and business leaders on talent best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development or organizational development
- 5+ years of experience managing global or multi-site teams and programs
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling leadership development programs in a complex, matrixed organization
- Experience working within manufacturing or high-tech industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and learning technologies
- Proficiency with HRIS, LMS and data analytics tools to drive insights and decisions
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation skills
- Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CPLP preferred
- Experience leading change management and culture transformation initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and on budget
- Deep understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion best practices in talent processes
