About the role

Mid-level Enterprise Risk Management Specialist responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and strategic risks across semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role involves developing risk frameworks, conducting assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure business resilience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise risk management framework and policies
  • Conduct risk assessments across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations
  • Identify emerging risks and evaluate potential business impacts
  • Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare executive risk reports
  • Lead business continuity planning and crisis management exercises
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into daily operations
  • Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions for stakeholders
  • Track and report on risk mitigation progress and effectiveness
  • Support internal and external audit activities related to risk management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management or related field
  • Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 31000 risk management standards and frameworks
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
  • Experience with ERP, MES, or SPC systems in manufacturing environments
  • Understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements
  • Six Sigma or lean manufacturing certification preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CRM, CFA, or FRM preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
