Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for semiconductor applications
- Architect scalable machine learning systems and data pipelines for R&D initiatives
- Mentor and guide a team of AI researchers and ML engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineers and device physicists
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies across semiconductor manufacturing workflows
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model lifecycle management
- Present research findings and technical roadmaps to executive leadership
- Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments
- Define technical standards and coding practices for AI development
- Foster innovation through continuous research and experimentation
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed computing
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
- Track record of deploying ML models in production environments
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing or EDA tools preferred
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices and CI/CD for ML systems
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment with evolving requirements
- Experience with computer vision or NLP applications in semiconductor domain
- Knowledge of performance optimization for AI/ML workloads
- Familiarity with data engineering and large-scale data processing
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and researchers
