Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end portfolio of technology projects across multiple customer accounts
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional project teams including engineering, operations, and customer support
  • Monitor project progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Present project status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and customers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Facilitate customer meetings and technical reviews throughout project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent project execution across regions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related technology industry
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-million dollar technology projects
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP, MES, and SPC systems in manufacturing environments
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
  • Experience working directly with semiconductor customers and managing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and P&L
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • Experience with change management and business process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional teams
