Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end portfolio of technology projects across multiple customer accounts
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional project teams including engineering, operations, and customer support
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
- Present project status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and customers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Facilitate customer meetings and technical reviews throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent project execution across regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related technology industry
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-million dollar technology projects
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Demonstrated experience with ERP, MES, and SPC systems in manufacturing environments
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Experience working directly with semiconductor customers and managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and P&L
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- Experience with change management and business process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional teams
