Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in manpower planning or manufacturing operations within high-volume environments
- Proven track record implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, MES, ERP, and data visualization tools
- Experience building labor standards and capacity models in manufacturing settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives
