Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies and market intelligence frameworks for key customer accounts
  • Analyze customer roadmaps and industry trends to identify emerging technology opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional alignment between sales, product marketing, and business development units
  • Create and maintain predictive models for revenue forecasting and market share analysis
  • Present strategic business reviews and performance insights to the executive leadership team
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of portfolio growth initiatives
  • Partner with global account managers to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer purchasing behaviors and market shifts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; MBA is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, market intelligence, or business development
  • Strong background in the semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial technology sectors
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik
  • Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and business case development
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights
  • Proven track record of managing strategic projects in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor value chain and industry ecosystem
  • Experience utilizing CRM software for pipeline and portfolio tracking
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across different business functions
