Senior IT Governance Specialist responsible for establishing and maintaining IT governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance standards for a Tier 1 semiconductor manufacturer. The role involves ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT governance framework aligned with business objectives
- Establish and monitor IT risk management processes and controls
- Lead IT compliance initiatives including SOX, ISO 27001, and SEMI standards
- Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to ensure policy compliance
- Create and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards documentation
- Oversee IT change management processes and governance boards
- Manage IT vendor relationships and third-party risk assessments
- Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs for governance effectiveness
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on IT governance initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance
- Professional certification in one or more: CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP
- Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and regulations
- Strong understanding of ITIL and COBIT frameworks
- Experience with IT audit and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in developing IT policies and procedures
- Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
