Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain actuarial models for life and reinsurance portfolios
- Validate model outputs against expected results and regulatory requirements
- Support implementation of IFRS 17 and Solvency II reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance
- Document model methodologies and assumptions
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of actuarial modelling experience in life insurance or reinsurance
- Strong proficiency in Excel, R, Python, SAS or SQL
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 and Solvency II regulations
- Progress toward actuarial qualification (FIA, FIAJ, SOA or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with stochastic modelling platforms preferred
