About the role
Principal Engineer responsible for leading the design of advanced CMOS transceiver/SERDES products, including architectural investigation, circuit implementation, verification, layout, and lab testing, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal circuits such as PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, DACs, regulators, amplifiers, transmitters, receivers, and CDRs
- Perform architectural investigations and meet key performance targets
- Conduct design verification using SPICE, Spectre, MATLAB and related tools
- Execute layout activities in nanometric CMOS technologies and supervise physical design
- Independently run lab tests, characterize, debug and validate prototypes
- Generate design documentation, application specifications, and support customers/FAEs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 10‑15 years of experience
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 5‑10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of deep sub‑micron CMOS technologies
- Hands‑on experience designing mixed‑signal circuits (ADC, DAC, PLL, filters, bandgap, regulators, etc.)
- Expertise in low‑power and high‑speed design techniques
- Proficiency with IC design CAD tools: Spectre, SPICE, MATLAB, Hsim, Verilog
