Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate immune composition and cross-talk during SLE to lupus nephritis progression.
  • Conduct in vivo mouse model experiments, including breeding, handling, and surgical procedures.
  • Design, perform, and analyze high parameter flow cytometry experiments.
  • Conduct in vitro wet lab experiments like FACS and cell culture.
  • Handle and manage human clinical samples.
  • Collaborate on setting up and analyzing large sequencing datasets.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences/Engineering with Immunology specialization.
  • Strong understanding of immunology, focusing on autoimmunity.
  • Track record of peer-reviewed publications.
  • Experience in designing and executing experiments with technical rigor.
  • Familiarity with cell culture, primary immune cell isolation, and flow cytometry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
