About This Role
A multi-cloud operations professional required for Lenovo Singapore to manage AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure including container orchestration (Kubernetes), patch management for RHEL/Windows Server, and security hardening per CIS benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Operate multi-cloud production environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on technical leadership.
- Lead OS lifecycle management for RHEL and Windows Server using patching tools like SCCM.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain applications across Windows/Linux in hybrid environments.
- Execute CIS control implementations and security hardening per government baselines.
- Conduct vulnerability identification, assessment, and remediation using Trend Micro, Qualys, Tenable.
- Manage ITSM tickets using ServiceNow and Jira to resolve incidents and support ticket escalation.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and managed container platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline operations and security scanning tools.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, including SHIP-HATS within Singapore Government ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in Linux system administration and Windows (Wintel) patching, hardening, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with CIS Benchmarks and government-mandated security baselines.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes, including Incident and Problem Management.
- Ability to perform post-patch validation and health checks for system stability.
