About the role
Lead the RIE TRUST Office Partnerships function by identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with public and private stakeholders, overseeing multi‑party initiatives, and coordinating with contracts and communications teams to advance data‑driven research across Singapore's RIE ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess potential partners' capabilities and relevance to advance RIE data analytics
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and key partnership accounts with external stakeholders
- Oversee and project‑manage multi‑party collaborative initiatives to ensure deliverables are met
- Identify, cultivate and manage new partnerships with public research organisations, public and private sectors
- Prioritise inter‑team and external‑facing partnerships and work collaboratively with implementation teams
- Collaborate with Contracts team to ensure partnership arrangements are legally feasible
Requirements
- Minimum BSc in sciences, data, business, marketing or related discipline
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in R&D, business development, partnership management or data science
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management and negotiation capabilities
- Strategic thinker with proven problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multi‑task and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
