About the role
Develops, delivers, and sustains structured training programs for semiconductor fab operations, focusing on Operations Technician competency, SOP standardization, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize SOPs for Ops Technician training aligned with fab operational, safety, and compliance requirements
- Design and maintain training roadmaps for new hires and existing workforce
- Create and continuously enhance training materials covering process flows, equipment operations, and best practices
- Conduct onboarding and structured training programs including classroom, OJT, and hands‑on sessions within the fab environment
- Provide coaching and guidance during live operations to reinforce learning effectiveness
- Define and maintain competency matrices across Operator, Technician, and Engineer roles
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor fab or manufacturing environment
- Experience in training, mentoring, or team leadership (preferred)
- Strong understanding of fab operations, equipment, and cleanroom protocols
- Familiarity with MES and SPC manufacturing systems
- Ability to translate operational knowledge into structured training content
