About the role
Seeking a Scientist to work on nanophotonics, metasurfaces, and polaritonic devices, with responsibilities including optical characterization, fabrication, and simulation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct optical characterization of nanophotonic devices using advanced optical setups.
- Design, develop, and optimize device fabrication processes for photonic and metasurface structures.
- Build and operate optical systems involving spatial light modulators (SLMs) and structured light excitation techniques.
- Perform experimental studies on polariton lasing devices and tunable metasurfaces.
- Analyze experimental data and correlate results with theoretical models in optical physics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance device performance and integration.
Requirements
- PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
- Strong background in nanophotonics and optical physics.
- Hands-on experience with optical setups, particularly involving spatial light modulation.
- Practical experience in cleanroom fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with tunable device fabrication and metasurface technologies.
- Experience with polariton or laser-based photonic devices (preferred).
