Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple tool types of semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily work and duties
- Operate equipment according to required process specifications (procedures, change notifications, work instructions)
- Actively participate in assigned on-the-job training and complete required trainings
- Provide operation coverage and backup equipment support when necessary
- Monitor tools output performance and communicate promptly with Engineers-in-Charge to support equipment error recovery and project lot movement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
- More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication processes (Photolithography, Etch, Thin Films, Diffusion, CMP, Metrology, Bonder) preferred
- Hands‑on experience with semiconductor equipment operation in a cleanroom environment is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical writing skills
- Team player with good communication skills, ability to work independently and guide a group of operators
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced R&D environment
