The role supports A*STAR's scientific data strategy through community-building and governance, acting as an operational engine to implement stewardship networks, engagement programs, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, training, and coordination of data community stakeholders
- Maintain cadence of stewardship activities and progress tracking
- Coordinate Scientific IT practitioner community meetings and knowledge-sharing
- Serve as liaison to corporate functions and tech-biz partners
- Plan and deliver training programs on data management and governance
- Draft governance artefacts such as policy documents and process guides
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in science, engineering, information management, communications, public policy, or related field
- 3+ years professional experience with involvement in community/stakeholder engagement, program coordination, data management, or policy/governance
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, or compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with community of practice models or knowledge management
- Experience with dashboarding, reporting, or KPI tracking tools
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
