Senior/Assistant Director leading strategic planning, executive communication and digital transformation initiatives at A*STAR, driving near‑term business initiatives and long‑term projects, and interfacing with senior leadership and public agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and drive implementation of near‑term business initiatives and mid/long‑term strategic projects to achieve A*STAR priorities.
- Bridge across Corporate Development and external stakeholders to align views and influence outcomes.
- Craft and deliver high‑impact, concise narratives for senior management and public sector agencies.
- Architect internal engagement platforms to build alignment across A*STAR.
- Lead special assignments in digital transformation and process innovation, including reviewing policies, automating processes, and deploying GenAI solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic or corporate planning or related roles.
- Proven ability to create executable plans and analyze data accurately.
- Ability to maintain composure and perform under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong foresight to anticipate issues and develop contingency plans.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital transformation, process automation, and emerging technologies such as GenAI (preferred).
