About the role
Research Engineer/Senior Research Engineer working with Silicon Photonic team on developing and fabricating silicon photonics applications, acting as integrator between design, integration, and advanced process modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Process development of Silicon Photonics application.
- Process Control Monitoring, Metrology, data analysis, and documentation
- Design of experiments (DOE) in integration flow and module development.
- Liaise between design, fabrication, and testing teams to ensure smooth process integration and device fabrication.
- Present and discuss experimental data to the team
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of Lithography, Etching, Furnace, etc.
- Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred, particularly in silicon photonics.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Able to work with cross-functional team, with good communication/presentation skill.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
