Key Responsibilities
- Develop and identify thermal oxidation and annealing processes for advanced devices
- Lead research on oxide growth, interface defects, and diffusion processes
- Apply expertise to Photonic ICs, SiC devices, or MEMS applications
- Model and engineer material transformations under high-temperature conditions
Requirements
- Deep expertise in thermal oxidation and high-temperature annealing
- Experience with RTP/RTA anneals and interface engineering
- Background in Wide-Band Gap Semiconductor Technologies or Photonics
