Responsibilities
- Identify and secure retail mall leasing opportunities for the company.
- Manage daily operations of leased properties including rent collection and maintenance.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize rental yields for the company's portfolio.
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and property management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends and lease terms to optimize space utilization and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of all leases, rent payments, and tenant relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail or commercial real estate leasing.
- Strong understanding of Singapore market conditions and tenant demographics.
- Proven track record in negotiating lease terms and securing long-term contracts.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders including landlords and tenants.
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market data and making informed decisions.
- Experience with property management software systems.
