About the role

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Staffing will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both flying crew and corporate staff, develop pipeline strategies, and improve hiring processes using metrics and digital tools. The role also involves stakeholder engagement with educational institutions and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from pipelining, sourcing, selection, offers to onboarding for Flying Crew or Corporate Staff
  • Develop pipeline strategies and execute recruitment and staffing plans to attract and hire talent while ensuring candidate fit
  • Review and streamline recruitment processes, digitalising them to improve candidate experience
  • Use metrics to create hiring dashboards and identify areas for improvement such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire
  • Engage with educational institutions and organisations for talent pipelines, including career fairs, internships, and events
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field
  • Ideally more than 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role
  • Experience in full‑cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of local employment regulations
  • Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as SuccessFactor or Workday
