A 44‑month structured training programme to qualify for a CAAS CAT B License, leading to a role as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer with responsibilities in aircraft inspection, repair, modification and testing, followed by a 5‑year service commitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend classroom lectures covering SAR 66 modules and aircraft systems
- Pass CAAS examinations for CAT B licensing
- Complete on‑the‑job training in base and line maintenance environments
- Perform and certify aircraft maintenance tasks including inspection, repair, modification, and functional tests
Requirements
- Engineering degree from a recognised university or Polytechnic diploma (Engineering) with GPA > 3.3
- Recent graduate (Polytechnic or University)
- Strong interest in a technical role within the aviation industry
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Ability to differentiate colors for work purposes
- Physically fit
