About This Role
A Supply Chain Lead in Asia Pacific at Roche requires a strategic, enterprise-ready supply chain executive with 15+ years of experience in healthcare/pharma to drive forecasting accuracy, inventory management, and supply chain innovation for 10 affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and ensure continuous supply of medicines to patients in Asia Pacific.
- Drive monthly demand planning cycles, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization for finished goods.
- Manage a team of 4 Demand Planners and 2 Data Specialists to deliver supply plans.
- Collaborate with Head of Supply Chain Region and cross-functional teams to solve complex supply chain problems.
- Build relationships with senior executives, business partners, and manufacturing site heads to influence critical decisions.
- Develop strategies for biosimilar entry, market access, and network capacity constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field with advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Healthcare/Biotech/Pharma industry, including manufacturing and supply.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems (specifically SAP) and Lean Production System.
- Proven strategic agility to connect dots and generate business value.
