Senior Manager Test Equipment Engineering (Product Test)

As the Senior Manager Test Cell Equipment Engineering, you will be responsible to setup & drive effective indicators such as OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, FPY, PM Fulfillment, etc.<br><br><font color="#2a9b91"><font size="4px"><b>Your Role</b></font><br><br>Key responsibilities in your new role<br></font><br><ul><li>Overall <b>responsibility for New Test system & test hardware qualification, product qualification & production readiness</b></li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Promote and enable the team</b> to <b style="background-color: initial;">perform data analysis </b>using appropriate statistical tools to analyse & understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify and re-validate.</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Lead and interface with</b> Product Engineering, Test Development, Test Technology & Innovation, Planning, Quality and Business units <b style="background-color: initial;">to improve and resolve production technical issues</b>.</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Implement control plans</b> such as APC & Out of Control action plans to monitor and manage deviations.</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance</b> to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure to ensure safety, high availability & reliability</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Analyze parts usage & life span</b> to ensure optimum machine performance& drive cost effective PM program by managing OS and PM cost within budget</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Drive continuous improvement projects</b> to contribute to the overall Segment performance in productivity (NLoP) and Quality (NLoZD)</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Management Contact to Vendor</b> to drive improvement topics & issue resolutions</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Strategize & Plan machine overhaul & reconditioning</b> based on need and usage</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Develop equipment specifications</b> to BM next generation or 2nd source equipment/tools</li><li><b style="background-color: initial;">Develop equipment and tools work instruction</b> & <b style="background-color: initial;">manage training</b> for operators, technician and engineers as required</li></ul><br><br><font color="#2a9b91"><font size="4px"><b>Your Profile</b></font><br><br>Qualifications and skills to help you succeed<br></font><br><ul><li><b>Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree</b> in Semiconductor Technology /Microelectronics / Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering with <b>minimum 10 years of Backend Test relevant working experience.</b></li><li>Extensive <b style="background-color: initial;">knowledge of final test processes and Semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) & Test Handling Equipment maintenance procedure.</b></li><li><b style="background-color: initial;"></b>Extensive <b style="background-color: initial;">knowledge of the techniques and methods of analysis &improving test cell performance.</b></li><li><b style="background-color: initial;"></b>Strong project leaders as well as excellent team player with sound presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work in cross-functional teams and a multi-cultural environment</li><li>Strong communication and negotiating skills to manage global and multicultural management team and stakeholders successfully.</li></ul><br><br><br><strong>Contact:</strong><br>    Carol Lee<br><br><p><b>#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.</b><br>As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
