About the role
This Material Management Associate role supports freight, tender, and facilities administration within the SIA Engineering Division. The successful candidate will handle warehouse lease monitoring, ASRS maintenance coordination, and freight invoice verification for GST reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- To maintain the filing for Material Management contracts and agreements
- To maintain and monitor lease agreement and floor plans of warehouse space on lease by SIA
- To conduct verification of space leased by SIA required by SIA Properties for audit requirements on yearly basis
- To maintain record and update asset listing
- To monitor the performance and co-ordination with the respective maintenance contractors for maintenance/ servicing/ repair of Automated Storage-Retrieval System (ASRS) in the Warehouse
- Compile and verify reports from Freight Forwarders against AWB and shipping document, for monthly submission of report to Taxation for GST reporting
- To verify freight invoices
- To support Tender and RFP process and contract administration for Engineering Division and any other division as required
Requirements
- Possess a diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products
- Engage with vendors and line engineers on the shop floor directly
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be motivated, driven and be a team player
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to work under pressure
