Key Responsibilities
- Provide safety briefings and emergency assistance to passengers
- Deliver in‑flight service and hospitality to international customers
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and deplaning procedures
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, order, and compliance with airline standards
- Ensure adherence to aircraft safety regulations and emergency protocols
- Represent the airline professionally and address passenger inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old due to legislative requirements
- Fluent in English with good communication skills for servicing of international customers
- Pleasant personality and service‑oriented attitude
- Minimum height of 1.58 m for females and 1.65 m for males to meet aircraft safety and emergency needs
- Minimum qualification of 5 SPM credits (including English) / 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above
- Able to commence employment within three months from the date of application
