Senior Engineer in the Project Management Office leading end‑to‑end AI deployment projects across manufacturing partners, translating industry problems into requirements, orchestrating cross‑functional teams, ensuring governance and compliance, managing risks and changes, and measuring project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor and close concurrent AI deployment projects across manufacturing partners ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality and deployment readiness
- Deep‑dive with technical and industry stakeholders to translate operational pain points into clear requirements, milestones and acceptance criteria
- Act as execution integrator across AI researchers, manufacturing experts, productisation teams, Business Development, Ops/Finance/Legal to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure compliance with programme governance and grantor requirements and drive disciplined reporting using dashboards and cadence reviews
- Proactively manage delivery risks such as data readiness, integration constraints, scope creep and partner dependencies and execute change control
- Define and track project outcome indicators (time savings, productivity, defect reduction, planning efficiency) and coordinate post‑project data capture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Systems or a Manufacturing‑related discipline
- More than 5 years of project management experience delivering technology projects in manufacturing or production environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering cross‑functional, multi‑party projects, preferably involving AI/analytics or industrial software deployments
- Working understanding of manufacturing operations and production technologies such as MES/ERP, shop‑floor data, process flows, quality systems and automation
- PMP or Agile certification is advantageous
- Strong project execution discipline including scope, schedule, cost control, risk management and governance compliance
