Key Responsibilities

- The role ensures accurate data management, effective system operations, and meaningful reporting through dashboards and analytics.
- KPI Reporting & Data Management * Support the compilation and collation of monthly and annual KPI data.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in systems operations, analytics, and data reporting roles.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project management, particularly for software systems.
- Experience working with CRM or other operational systems.
