Senior Scientist I at A*STAR's Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine, Singapore. Lead development of ocean and coastal modelling capabilities, including high-resolution models and data assimilation techniques. Manage project tasks and contribute to new grant proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of ocean and coastal modelling capabilities.
- Develop high-resolution coastal and ocean circulation models.
- Develop tools, techniques, and methodologies (data assimilation, machine learning).
- Undertake project management and produce deliverables.
- Develop project plans and track progress.
- Review colleagues' work and contribute to proposals.
Requirements
- PhD in Oceanography, Ocean Engineering, Coastal Engineering or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of oceanography, ocean modelling, and hydrodynamics.
- Experience with DELFT3D-FM, MIKE, NEMO, or other open-source models.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team.
- Resourceful, self-driven with professional integrity.
